What kinds of clients do you work with?

Our clients are typically business owners or leaders in creative, consulting, coaching, wellness, or nonprofit industries.

We work with clients of all shapes and sizes; products and services; success and experience (or lack thereof!). The common thread between all of them is that they inspire us with their knowledge and passion, and they align with our values (check out our manifesto).

I already have a logo and brand. Can you work with what I have?

Short answer: maybe.

Long answer: we typically guide our clients through our Brand Exercises to get clarity on the heart of their business. From these exercises, we create visual and verbiage guidelines that inspire the rest of our work together. If you already have a brand, we encourage you to work through the exercises as if you don't yet have one created. We find that creativity can be stifled by trying to fit the new into what exists. Instead, let's dream up the ideal, and then see if what exists can be tweaked or modernized to fit with the ideal. We figure, if you're going to invest in this process, we might as well do it all as best we can. Because just like people, brands change their style as they evolve and grow.

How much can I expect to pay for your services?

We create custom quotes for each project, based on the scope of work, client size + type, and resource required to deliver our recommendations. Please apply for a consultation so that we can determine your needs, and build a custom proposal based on our recommendations.

Where are you located?

We're based out of Calgary, Canada, but have clients located globally. No matter where you are, we have the tools and technology at our fingertips to make working remotely work! (Plus, we love a good excuse to travel.)

What do you use to build websites?

Our favourite platform to create with is Squarespace, although Wordpress has been used in rare occasions for more robust requirements. The great thing about Squarespace is that it's easy enough to teach our clients how to maintain their site; we don't want you to need to rely on us any time you want to make a simple change or post a new blog!

Full disclosure: we're not expert coders (although we do have some on call); we're just beauty-makers who love to decorate thoughtful and elegant online spaces.
